Cut grass → earn cash → hire workers
My Grass Farm is a Roblox Tycoon by One More Grass. Here you decide your first-hour upgrade order and grow the farm without stalling.
What to upgrade first: blades or workers
The farm has two incomes: blades (active) and workers (passive + offline). The order you buy them decides how fast you grow.
- 1. Cut grass to collect hay
Base income — every farm dollar starts here.
→ Read the guide - 2. Process hay into cash
Cash pays every upgrade.
→ Read the guide - 3. Buy your first blade
Fastest step → see the upgrade order at /guides/.
→ Read the guide - 4. Hire a worker early
Offline income → full breakdown at /guides/.

The 3 things every new player asks
Yes — the official description confirms it: 'your farmers cut grass while you're offline.' That's why hiring workers early is worth more than it looks.
It's not one or the other — it's a tandem. The blade raises active cutting, the worker adds passive + offline income. Grow both together.

How My Grass Farm works
The official loop sums it all up: cut grass → collect hay 🌱 → process hay for cash 💸 → unlock powerful blades to cut faster 🗡️ → hire workers 🧑🌾 → expand your farm 🏡.
Cutting grass collects hay — the raw material of the whole farm economy. Everything downstream (cash, blades, workers) starts from your hay income.
Process hay for cash, then spend cash on blades, workers, and farm upgrades. Cash is what turns grass into growth.
Unlock powerful blades to cut faster — the core 'optimise' lever of the tycoon. Better blades mean more hay per second, so faster cash.
Hire workers to farm for you — the idle/auto layer. Workers keep hay and cash flowing even while you aren't actively cutting.
Upgrade and expand your farm as you progress. The farm is the container that scales with your hay, cash, blades, and workers.
Offline workers
Your workers cut grass while you're away. An always-on income layer. If you only buy blades, you leave money on the table every minute offline.
